I have been actively involved in the world of conscious work since 2005.
I was – and continue to be – fascinated by the capabilities of the human body, the diversity of our minds, and the higher principles that transcend us.
Motivated by the desire to solve my own burdens, I immersed myself in the study of yoga, meditation, tantra, shamanism, psychotherapy and bodywork.
During individual sessions I combine
– body work (relaxing or stimulating massage, trauma release)
– process work (family constellations, NLP)
– therapy (sound, smell, touch, breath)
